We really enjoyed working with Ashley on the sale of our home. We originally chose her because of her quick success in selling another home in our development. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about market trends as well as suggestions to help sell the home. Throughout the entire process, she was very responsive and made us feel like every question we had was important. We highly recommend Ashley!

Ashley was absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I were moving from Utah to Baltimore and we had no idea about the area, or anything else involved. Not only did Ashley go through countless houses and video chat every one of them, but she took the time to get to know us and found out what we were looking for and did so promptly and professionally.Ashley went, in my opinion, above and beyond and even though we were on a very small window of time she did not push us one way or another. I could say that Ashely honestly wanted us to find what was right for us. She has also followed up with us since moving in several times and continues to make suggestions about the wonderful things to do in our city.We basically went sight unseen, which I would never recommend under normal circumstances, but somehow it ended up being exactly what we wanted and we are loving our new place! I would recommend Ashley to anyone who is considering anything to do with the housing market! She was incredible and we owe her many thanks!

Ashley Hines has been a LIFESAVER. Seriously.In helping my husband and sister-in-law sell their parents' home, we knew we would have a difficult time with emotions running high and a location that seemed too far out of the way to be attractive. But Ashley was superb in helping us strategize our pricing (to the point where we sold BEFORE the other home on the street AND for more money!) Once we were under contract, we realized every home seller's nightmare. We had... difficult buyers and a home inspection report that flagged EVERYTHING. Ashley helped us determine which items to fix, negotiated on our behalf with buyers who were pretty far over the border of "unreasonable" and a buyer's agent on his second deal - ever.I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough. She has the expertise to develop the right strategy, the professionalism to handle every situation with grace, and the sense of humor to help talk you down when your emotions have gotten the best of you. First and foremost, I have been a real estate appraiser for 30 years in the Baltimore area and have dealt with many real estate over the years. Ashley solicited me through a mailer to help out a buyer she had. She was very professional throughout the process, so much so, that I asked her to represent me in the purchase on my new condominium. There was not one time during the process that Ashley didn't have the answer to a question, a response for documentation and most importantly, a backbone to deal with issues that arose ( both for her buyer and me as the buyer ). If you are looking for an agent that is responsive to your needs, look no further.

We were very pleased and fortunate to hire Ashley to help us sell our house. She is knowledgeable about the whole process and she is very dependable and available. She is also very trustworthy. When she states that she will do something or take care of something, she does follow up in a very effective manner. Indeed, she goes the extra mile to make sure that all of your needs and concerns are addressed. Ashley was a wonderful realtor! We hit a snag with the first home I was under contract with, but she talked me through the entire thing and we picked up right where we left off, just a few weeks later. Then she helped me land a house that I liked 1000 times better than the first one! Ashley was super communicative and helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciated all of her attention since this was my first time buying a home. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell. She's personable, responsive, and makes you feel as if you are her only client.

Ashley had my house sold in just a few days. I had some major repair issues to deal with after the inspection. What could have been a very stressful time was not such a bad experience under Ashley's guidance. Just a couple of weeks after selling my home, she helped me purchase a new condo.Ashley is very personable and knowledgeable and I will certainly be recommending her to anyone that I know who is looking to buy or sell a new home.

Had a good experience with purchasing my first home. Thought the dotloop was an excellent way to sign for documents. Ashley helped get through many of the hurdles it takes with a first time home purchase. She did a great job.
